PRESENTATION
All my packages go out carefully and attractively wrapped in a box on organza bag and tissue (because I like to imagine you opening it at the other end).

PACKAGING
All purchases are carefully sent out to you with the rigours of travel in mind, this means I may use a second bubble envelope, bubble wrap, cushion wrap, tissue paper, bubble envelopes or boxes - or whatever else I can think of - to mail out your item(s).

CARE OF YOUR PURCHASE:
Care of Your Murano Glass Jewellery:
Use a soft, clean cloth to remove any dirt or debris from your necklace, store in the tissue and organza storage pouch sent with the jewellery and to preserve the bright colours do not leave or hang in direct sunlight.

Do not use jewellery dips as these might strip surfaces and coatings from the components in your handmade jewellery. Handle with care, remembering your jewellery is made from glass, and never swim, wash your hair, use hot tubs or saunas whilst wearing your jewellery.

Avoid spraying perfume, skin products or hairspray directly on your jewellery, and be as gentle as possible with any jewellery you are wearing; treating it with respect means you will get a longer life out of your purchase.

Care of Sterling Silver:
Sterling silver will naturally oxidise over the course of time, giving it a grey or blackish tinge. To remove this and to return your sterling silver to its bright shiny original condition, use a Silver Jewellery Cleaning Cloth.

VINTAGE ITEMS
Vintage items will show some signs of wear and tear by previous owners. I try hard to describe items accurately - if you have any questions about an item, please contact me.

In over 22 years of trading through my own websites I have had very few problems, and I try hard to keep my customers happy - if you're happy, then I hope you'll come back or even tell your friends, so I work to keep it that way between us.

RETURN DETAILS
If you return an order, you must return that item in its original packaging, unworn and in the same condition it was in when you received it - and any free gifts, packaging (bubble wrap, organza bags, tissue) must be returned with the item. I advise you use a tracking and/or a signed for service when returning items in case the item goes astray in the mail. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs.

Please note, if you return an item then I will deduct the cost of the outgoing postage from your refund on the basis you've actually received that service.
Unless faulty, if you return an item, you are responsible for paying for the return postage.

* If you return an item, you are responsible for paying your own postage and your refund will be less the postage fees I have already paid out for you (at my discretion).

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY PURCHASE TO ARRIVE?
I will try my best to get your purchase to you for your specific date, but this cannot be guaranteed.




Deliveries to the USA are approx. 7 - 10 working days, though this may be longer or shorter, depending on the time of year - for instance, Christmas. Your item may or may not then be with your customs offices for a while. This is unfortunately out of my control.
